While lacking certain luxuries like an in-room sink or ironing facilities, the provision of free toiletries and a self-service laundry room compensates for these minor inconveniences. the prompt service from the English-speaking reception staff was notable, adding a touch of warmth to the overall experience. However, those seeking a more central location in Osaka might find this hotel less ideal.
